i followed this recipe posted here at undressed skeleton. her site has A TON of great healthy recipes - check it out!
ingredients:
1/4 can whole peeled tomatoes (my can was bigger than a normal can, so i just did like 1/3 cup)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup plain & unsweetened yogurt (i use trader joe's brand)
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
1/8 tsp cumin
{i use all organic products but that isn't necessary}
directions:
1. throw it all in a blender or food processor.
2. put in the fridge for a few hours.
3. enjoy! you can use pita chips/pita bread or fresh veggies.
